As part of our first birthday celebrations, we’re introducing a brand new Saturday lunch special, the Birthday Biryani Brunch.
Biryani has always been one of the heartbeats of our kitchen, and for our birthday month we’re celebrating it the way we think it should be enjoyed: a generous plate of fragrant, slow-cooked chicken biryani paired with a cold beer.
Our biryani is layered with aromatic rice, warming spices and tender chicken, cooked slowly so the flavours come together in every bite. To go with it, each brunch includes a cold White Bay beer, choose from their lager or ale, making it the perfect start to a relaxed Saturday in the Inner West.
