To celebrate our first birthday, we’re introducing a special Birthday Thali — a generous Bengali feast served on one plate and designed to share the flavours we love most.

In Bengal, a thali is about variety, balance and comfort. A little bit of everything on the plate, bringing together different textures, spices and traditions that make the cuisine so special. For our birthday edition, we’ve created a thali that captures the spirit of Kolkata Social and the dishes our guests have come to love over the past year.

The Birthday Thali includes tangy tamarind fritters, slow-cooked eggplant dal, fragrant vegetable pulao and your choice of fish or chicken, finished with a comforting sweet rice pudding.

It’s a full Bengali feast in one sitting and the perfect way to celebrate with friends, family or fellow biryani lovers.
