British Afghan pitmaster and live fire chef Mursal Saiq is taking over the Kyiv Social laneway for a one-day skewer party, bringing Afghan flavours, fire and her award-winning barbecue cooking to Sydney for an afternoon built around great food and community.
Mursal is the co-founder of London’s award-winning Cue Point, known for bringing her Afghan heritage together with American barbecue and live fire cooking. For one day only, she’ll be firing up the grill alongside the Kyiv Social team, with skewers coming hot off the fire and the laneway open for everyone to join the party.
