Toby Wilson brings the Ghostboy Cantina energy back for one day only.

Inner west favourite, taco king, and founder of Rico’s Tacos, Toby is revisiting cult hits alongside dishes that imagine what Ghostboy would be serving if it were still around today.

This is park barbecue energy, charcoal, upright spits, and creative freedom. No restaurant rules, just live fire and very delicious tacos.

Toby curates the menu. Toby sets the soundtrack. You bring the vibe.
