This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to cook for and elite Sydney sports team.
We are seeking a qualified Senior Sous Chef who is able to work in a front-facing role with the client while leading a small team of chefs to provide high quality meals for athletes. Reporting to our Executive Chef and liaising closely with our Events Manager and the team Dietician, you will be responsible for the production and preparation of daily meals and events. You will also be responsible for working alongside and training colleagues from marginalized backgrounds. Diversity is at the heart of Plate it Forward.
