For one night only, Nipcooks joins Ahana Dutt at Kolkata Social to present an exclusive menu exploring Sri Lankan and Bengali flavours, rooted in lineage, migration and shared histories.
In keeping with Bengali tradition, the meal begins with something bitter, before moving through fried and sour courses, punchy sambols and a chance to try Nip’s much-loved curries for yourself.
Across the Water is a considered, one-night collaboration shaped by culture, memory and the shared histories between Bengal and Sri Lanka, told through food.
